Yes, I am currently available for freelance work.

By submitting deposit and/or beginning payment with me you agree to the terms and conditions listed here. You are responsible for adhering to these terms and conditions, even if you didn’t read them.

The terms outlined here will be adhered to unless specified otherwise in the agreement of work.

Rates

Though I prefer to bill by the project, I am available for hourly work which I bill in fifteen (15) minute increments with a minimum investment of one (1) hour per week.

Billing

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all bills are due upon receipt and are considered late after fifteen (15) days. Payments may be made via the online gateway, check, or cash.

Agreement of Work

No work can begin on any project without a written and signed agreement of work including a statement of work, payment schedule, and terms of services provided.

Project Assets

All project assets including but not limited to copy, images, video, logo files, and font preferences must be provided to me before the project can begin.

Communication

Clear and open communication between myself the client and/or the appropriate project manager is required while project is underway. Progress requires timely client approvals at each stage of development in order to keep the project active and concluding on schedule

Project Status

Project review will be available via a private web directory entire time project is underway.

Intellectual Property Rights

I shall maintain all rights to the project until final payment has been received at which time I will surrender all rights to the end client.

Right to Display Project

I retain the right to list your company name as a client and to display graphics, and other web and graphic design elements created for you as examples of my work on JustinChick.com and in printed material.

Guarantee

I do not guarantee sales or success of websites or blogs. Clients are responsible for sales, promotion and income; I am not responsible for business or personal blog success.

Refunds

Due to the nature of my services, I do not issue refunds for any reason.
